visiting the website
Cloudflare hosts the website and download files. It processes request information, including your IP address, to deliver content and protect its network. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of that information.
sending a report
If you submit a bug report, the text you enter, its category, optional app and macOS versions, optional email address, a report ID, and the submission time are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Reports are used to investigate issues and respond if you provide an email address. Nothing is submitted until you press “send report.”
To limit spam, the server derives a keyed hash from your IP address. The database does not store your raw IP address. This sender key is cleared after one hour during hourly cleanup.
retention
Reports are deleted during hourly cleanup once they reach 24 months from submission, or 12 months after being marked resolved, whichever comes first. Cloudflare may retain recovery copies according to its own service policies.
the Mac app
This page describes the website. The current development app stores settings locally and makes no network requests. Distribution and update details will be documented before a public release.
questions or deletion requests
Use the report form to contact Owen about this website or request deletion of a report. Include its details or report ID so it can be located, and an email address if you need a reply.
